What we collect and why

If you email us, we store your message and contact details in order to respond to your enquiry. This is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain emails for 90 days unless ongoing discussion requires longer retention, after which they are deleted.

If you book a call via Cal.com (US-hosted), your name and email are processed by Cal.com as a data processor. See their privacy policy for details.

If you make a payment, your payment details are processed by Stripe (US-hosted). We do not store card details. See their privacy policy for details.

What we do not collect

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts of any kind.

Infrastructure

This site is hosted on Cloudflare (US-based). Request metadata including IP addresses may be processed by Cloudflare as part of their network services. Email is provided by mailbox.org, a German provider. PGP keys are available on our account should you wish to encrypt communications.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@anglocode.dev.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. In France this is the CNIL.
